  • How many estimates do I need?

In Oregon you are not required to get multiple estimates for your repairs

  • Do I have to pay for the rental car?

The answer to that depends on your insurance coverage.

  • How much is my insurance deductible and when do I owe that?

Your deductible is due when the repairs to your vehicle are finished. Your insurance company can answer any questions you have in regards to your current deductible and your coverage.

  • What should I do to take care of my new paint on my car?

    - First, please hand wash only for the first two weeks, and don’t wax the car in the first six weeks.  This allows the paint to dry and harden thoroughly.  This is very important; the paint needs to breathe to cure properly.

    - When you do wash and wax, be sure to use soap and wax made for auto paints, these are less harsh and intended to not harm your vehicle’s exterior.

  • What if I have questions about the repairs after the work is complete?

Never hesitate to call RBP Collision Center with any follow up questions that you have.  We are here to help, and our work is guaranteed!
